Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of StellaQuin, including the website and the service ("StellaQuin", "we", "us"). By using StellaQuin you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on that business's behalf and confirm you may do so.

Early access

StellaQuin is in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable while we improve it. We'll give early-access members notice before paid plans begin, and nobody is charged without agreeing to a price first.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what people you invite do there.
• Give us accurate information, and keep your email address current so our messages reach you.

Your connected accounts

When you connect a Google Business Profile or another service, you confirm you're allowed to manage it. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, including Google's. You can disconnect at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use StellaQuin to:

• Post fake reviews, buy or sell reviews, or offer rewards that depend on a review being positive.
• Ask only satisfied customers for reviews while steering unhappy ones away ("review gating").
• Post replies that are unlawful, harassing, or reveal private information about a customer.
• Send messages to people who haven't agreed to hear from you where the law requires their agreement.
• Break the law, break the rules of a connected service, or try to get into accounts or systems that aren't yours.

We may suspend accounts that do these things, after warning you where we reasonably can.

Your content

What you and your customers write stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run StellaQuin for you. You can export it and delete it.

Payment

When paid plans begin, prices, billing periods and how to cancel will be shown before you buy. Plans are priced by the number of locations, never per person.

Ending your use

You can stop using StellaQuin and close your account at any time. We may end the service for an account that breaks these terms. If we ever stop offering StellaQuin, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.

Warranties and liability

We work hard to keep StellaQuin reliable and accurate, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we aren't responsible for what review sites, including Google, do with reviews or listings. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell account holders by email before the change takes effect.
